on the desktop I have found the Fault Recovery file with this info:

I dont know if it tells me something?
And what is the NSD.exe file?

What I see on a client with this problem,
is that the lotus spellcheck is the last process before the crash. The dictionaries are also on C:\Program Files\Lotus.
